Maple Dijon Marinade for Chicken and Pork
A delicious, sweet and tangy marinade that is freezer friendly! Use for grilling, slow cooking, meal prepping and stovetop cooking.
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- optional spices: basil, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, garlic salt add to taste
Mix all ingredients together and whisk until combined well.
Combine marinade with chicken or pork in a gallon freezer bag and toss until marinade coats everything. Open up a section of the bag very carefully take out some air and seal the bag.
For every pound of meat, you will need about 1/2-2/3 cup of marinade to coat.
