Take rice, cinnamon stick and soak in water for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight if you can. Pitcher works great for this.
Strain the rice from water, using a strainer. Dispose of water used.
Using a blender, blend the rice, cinnamon stick, evaporated milk and the half can of sweetened condensed milk until rice is finely chopped and a smooth consistency is formed.
Strain mix into pitcher, straining slowly. mix will strain slower than the last time strained.
Add sugar, almond milk, vanilla and water. Stir until blended well. Serve over ice.
