Keto (Low Carb) Chia Seed Pudding
A delicious and simple keto (low carb) chia seed pudding!
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoon stevia or other low carb equivalent sweetner
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla
1. In bowl, whisk all ingredients together. Rest a minute, then whisk again vigorously.
2. Cover and set in fridge. Rest in fridge until pudding consistently, usually overnight is best.
