If you follow me on social media, then you know that my husband tore his hamstring muscle from not being flexible. It was extremely painful for him, he was in excruciating pain and I felt absolutely helpless.

After coming home from the emergency room and finding out that the tear was a direct result from not being flexible and not doing any flexibility exercises, we knew that we had to find a plan that would improve his flexibility in a safe way.

Flexibility Exercises

We knew that he needed flexibility training, flexibility stretches and a treatment plan that will make him more flexible than before so that we could prevent future injuries.
