Thanksgiving Leftover Casserole

Leftover Thanksgiving is now in an easy to make, delicious casserole dish. Cost effective and a great way to use up all the leftovers from the holiday meal!

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups shredded turkey *amounts are estimates, use what you have.
  • 1 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 4 cup mashed potatoes
  • 2 cup corn
  • 1 1/2 cup turkey gravy
  • 4 cups stuffing

Method
 

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Layer all ingredients, starting with the turkey, then cranberry, mashed potatoes, corn, turkey gravy and finally stuffing. I put the gravy under the stuffing so that it stays moist.
  3. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes or until center is hot.
