In a large bowl, pour olive oil over defrosted wings and coat completely.
Remove any excess oil from bowl wings bowl.
In a small bowl, mix dry ingredients. Then pour dry mix in large bowl and coat wings completley and evenly.
Lay wings down in a closed position on wire racks. Approx 12 per rack, but dependent on your own air fryer capacity.
Set temperature at 400F. Set timer for 25 minutes and rotate racks half way through to make sure wings cook evenly. You can always check your chicken to make sure internal temperature is 165F.
Remove and serve. You can also toss wings into your favorite sauce.
