Worry and Control
💖 When you can’t control what is happening, challenge the way you respond to what is happening. There is where you are powerful.
💖 I used to be a control freak. I used to drive myself crazy with wanting to control outcomes of situations, and it led to so much anxiety and frustration. None of us can control everything, even if we try our hardest. I always tried to control the storm, and it drove me crazy. My most intense moments included panic attacks every hour. It wasn’t until a couple months ago after reading my first book in my self work series, that I understood my subconscious wirings.
💖 It is scientifically proven that the body can heal through thought alone, and since I’ve read Dr. Joe Dispenza’s book, I have not taken one anxiety pill. It’s been months. The process of change requires you becoming conscious of your unconscious self. We cannot create a new future by holding on to the emotions of our past.
💖 If you worry like I did, know that there is a way to break the cycle. And it feels wonderful doing so. Letting go and allowing the universe to control what you cannot is liberating. When we master our emotions, and let go of what has been crippling us, we make room for new life experiences.
