Ingredients
- Easter Peeps
- Semisweet chocolate chips
- Shortening like Crisco
- Marshmallows
- Skewers I used wooden
- Parchement or wax paper
Instructions
- Place skewer inside Peeps.
- In a microwave safe bowl, mix one cup of chocolate chips with 1 tbsp of shortening.
- Heat chocolate chips in 30 second intervals, mixing at each interval. (My microwave only took 60 seconds, but everyone's microwave is different.) Don't overcook chocolate because it will thicken and wont be good.

- Place one marshmallow on the bottom of the bunny Peep for the cottontail.
- Refrigerate for one hour. Serve and enjoy!
