Thursdays are my late nights during the week. My husband is an instrucor and teaches so when he comes home on Thursdays, he is super hungry! More than normal. This is usually the time when I try to cook healthy, but also cook hearty since I know I’m feeding a hungry man who is having dinner at 9:30pm. I wanted to make a quick meal but I also was craving something creamy and lemony. I decided to make a garlic, creamy lemon shrimp pasta. It was a hit! Hey, you can’t go wrong with cheese, right? Lol, I also added my own spices, like rosemary and paprika and topped the dish off with some bacon bits. I always end up changing recipes a little, but I think that many of us are like that. I still give credit to this recipe. It was amazing!
Like I mentioned earlier, I wasn’t feeling well. I Continue reading
